This brand new initiative aims to acknowledge and reward the skills of the UK's finest craft bakers, in association with The National Association of Master Bakers and Bako.
 
This award, which celebrates the outstanding talents of today's craft baking sector, is sponsored by bakery supplier BakeMark UK, HighGrip disposable pastry bags and bakery equipment manufacturer Mono.
  
Five regional winners will be battling it out at the grand final taking place at the live demonstration area of OOH Live on Sunday 9th November. The overall winner will scoop £1000, a two day chocolate course at The Slattery School of Excellence and the impressive Craft Baker of the Year trophy. Most of all, the winner will receive the recognition of being the UK 's finest craft baker, live in London!
